BY SHUTTLE BUS
Toulouse - Vic-Fezensac :
Outward shuttles are organized on Thursday and Friday (2 departures per day). Return shuttles are scheduled for Monday.
These shuttles will leave from the Toulouse-Matabiau train station, the Cauderon camping site, the Vic-Fezensac Arena and then the Goulin camping site (Stade de Rugby, strictly reserved for Tempo Latino 2025 concert ticket holders). The return shuttle will run in the opposite direction.
Agen - Vic-Fezensac
Outward shuttles are organized on Thursday and Friday (2 departures per day). Return shuttles are scheduled for Monday.
These shuttles will leave from the Agen bus station (next to the SNCF train station) and serve the Condom bus station, the Castera-Verduzan village square, the Cauderon camping site, the Vic-Fezensac Arena and the Goulin camping site (Stade de Rugby, strictly reserved for Tempo Latino 2025 concert ticket holders). The return shuttle will run in the opposite direction.
Mont de Marsan - Vic-Fezensac
Outward shuttles are organized on Thursday and Friday (2 departures per day). Return shuttles are scheduled for Monday.
These shuttles will leave from the Mont de Marsan train station and serve the Place Belle-Marie in Eauze, the Cauderon campsite, the Vic-Fezensac Arena and the Goulin campsite (Stade de Rugby, strictly reserved for Tempo Latino 2025 concert ticket holders). The return shuttle will run in the opposite direction.

BY TRAIN
The nearest train stations? Vic-Fezensac doesn't have its own train station... But don't forget to use the Toulouse, Agen and Auch stations for your arrivals! Tempo shuttles will meet you there and take you straight to the festival site.

Transport network serving all communes belonging to the Artagnan en Fezensac community of communes, during the festival, by reservation.
The outward journeys will take place between 11:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
The return journeys will take place at fixed times between 00:30 a.m. and 04:00 a.m.
Starting point at the ROND POINT DES ARÈNES.
Limited to 1 round trip per person per day.

WHERE TO SLEEP?
AIRE DE GOULIN or AIRE DES ACACIAS (your choice)
The Goulin rugby stadium and the Acacias soccer stadium in Vic-Fezensac (new in 2025) are taking on Tempo's colors, and are offering concert pass holders a camping pitch, tent only, for the duration of the festival.
Please note that vehicles and sound equipment are not permitted on the grounds of either of these sites. Reservations are effective from Thursday morning to Monday morning, and the rate remains unchanged regardless of your day of arrival.

The Vic Fezensac Town Hall opens the Festival Welcome Area for Tempo Latino.
The Cauderon campsite will be open from Monday July 22 to Sunday July 28, 2024.
The campsite ticket office is now open:
- Mondays from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
- Tuesday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
- Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

The parking lot for people with a CMI card (carte mobilité et inclusion) is located at Place du Foirail, 15 Place Mahomme, 32190 Vic-Fezensac.
Access to the festival is via rue du Vivier, then rue Raynal and avenue Edmond Bergès, which will be pedestrianized during the festival (from Thursday, July 24 to Sunday, July 27, 2025).
CONCERT
All festival stages are accessible to people with reduced mobility. A platform has been installed at the Conga stage.

TOILETTE
PRM toilets are located opposite La Petite Régie (between La Placita and Bar Champagne).

WHERE TO EAT?
During the day, before the concerts, during the interval in the Arena or for a late-night snack, Tempo Latino invites you to sample local and/or Latin specialities at La Conga, Pueblito, La Placita or while strolling through the international street market in the Barrio.
For a quick bite to eat around the arena...
La Conga
On the Place de la Conga, you can enjoy the famous Foie Gras duck breast sandwich at Le Cousteau, taste beef from Chez Bourguignon with local produce, or stop by the Pasta Paradise pasta bar.
The Habana Bar
In front of the "El Pueblito" bullring, close to the Habana Bar, you'll find a number of fast-food stands that will delight your taste buds for a real world tour of flavors.
La Placita
At the back of the Arènes, from 6pm onwards, take advantage of this little corner of calm to savor the delicious wines of our partner Vignerons Indépendants at the Winetruck Spirit Social Club. You'll also have the opportunity to taste Gersement Bon foie gras and AOC black Bigorre pork from Élevage Grau.
The Barrio

How is the festival site organized?
The festival site is divided into a free zone and a paying zone. The arena is the only paying area of the festival. We advise you to consult the festival map by clicking here, before visiting the site.
What are the rates in the festival area?

What is the 4 DAY PASS?
The 4 DAY PASS gives exclusive access to concerts in the arena for the duration of the festival. It also gives access to the Tempo Latino Social Club evening on Thursday evening at La Conga. The 4 DAY PASS does not include all events, workshops and other paid activities during the festival.

Ticketing info: Spectators are required to follow the instructions printed on the back of their tickets. Tempo Latino reserves the right to refuse entry to the arena to any ticket purchased outside the sales circuit (Billetterie Festik, Digitick, Ticketmaster and France Billet). Please refer to the TICKET section for information on how to pay and reserve tickets before the festival.
Is the festival suitable for young audiences?
There's no minimum age requirement, but there are no special facilities for young audiences. If you come with your children, we recommend that they wear headphones or earplugs (distributed free of charge in casa Accueil & Boutique) to protect their eardrums. Admission to arena concerts is free for children under 12.
Does the festival have access for people with reduced mobility?
SITE ACCESS
The entire festival area (excluding the Arena) is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
ARENES ACCESS
An area in the stands is reserved exclusively for people with reduced mobility. Access to these stands requires the assistance of our teams, so please call 07 43 22 01 03 before coming to the festival.
Is there a dedicated Lost & Found site?
DURING THE FESTIVAL
In fact, the casa accueil régie (located behind the arena, to the left of the entrance gate) collects all items lost during the festival.
AFTER THE FESTIVAL
We keep all lost and found items for up to 1 month after the festival. Please call the Tempo Latino office on 05 62 06 56 66.
What are the festival times?
Daytime opening
Every day from 11:00 a.m., starting Friday, with Matinales à la Conga. The festival officially kicks off at the inauguration, starting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, and closes at 4:00 a.m. on Monday.
Ticketing
Ticket offices will be open from 2pm to 12am every day, starting on Thursday.
Arena gates
The arena gates open every day at 8:00 p.m.
Security info: reinforced security rules apply to access to the festival and concert entrances, with systematic bag searches and palpations. We recommend that you do not bring large bags.
Ticket control and concert wristbands
To avoid long waits at concert entrances, we recommend that you pick up your concert wristband during the day. The casas for ticket control and wristband fitting will be open from 2pm each day, starting on Thursday. The locations of these casas will be indicated on the festival site.
Closing time
The festival closes at 4:00 a.m. every night.
Does the festival have a first-aid center?
For the duration of the festival, the festival has a first-aid center. Its number and location will be indicated on the festival site.

Is there a deposit area during the festival?
The locker area is open exclusively for arena concerts. It is located behind the arena, to the left of the entrance door.

Does the festival have lockers to secure my personal belongings?
Yes, it is possible to book a locker on the mylocker.co.uk website.
Does the festival have a rental service for camping kits and accessories?
Yes, it is possible to reserve various kits and other camping accessories directly on the mylocker.fr website (find all the details here), a credit card deposit will be required for collection at the My lockers stand. This will be refunded on return.
